By using our website or providing us with your information, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information we collect

The personal information we collect may include:

• Contact details such as your name, business name, email address and phone number
• Business information such as your ABN, trading address and business type
• Account and order information, including products purchased and delivery details
• Records of your enquiries and correspondence with us
• Technical information such as your IP address, browser type and how you use our site

3. How we collect it

We collect information directly from you, for example when you submit a wholesale application, contact form or enquiry, place an order, or create a trade account. We also collect some information automatically through cookies and analytics when you use our website.

4. How we use your information

We use personal information to:

• Assess wholesale applications and manage trade accounts
• Process and deliver orders and provide customer support
• Respond to your enquiries and communicate with you about your account
• Send you service updates and, where permitted, marketing about our products

9. Deleting your account and your data

You can delete your ordering account at any time. In the mobile app, open Account, scroll to the bottom and choose Delete my account. On the web, go to /account-deletion on this site. You do not need to be signed in to make the request there, and you do not need the app installed.

Your sign-in stops working as soon as the request is confirmed, and everything personal (your name, email address, phone number, portal access, saved lists, notifications and preferences) is erased 30 days later. Until then the request can be cancelled if you change your mind.

Orders, invoices and delivery records for the business you order for are kept, with your name removed so they no longer identify you. Australian tax law requires businesses to hold those records for seven years. We also keep a dated record that the deletion was requested and carried out, containing no personal details.

10. Marketing and opt-out

Where you have opted in, we may send you marketing communications. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us.

11. Overseas disclosure

Some of our service providers may store or process data outside Australia. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with the APPs.

12. Complaints

If you believe we have breached your privacy, please contact us so we can investigate. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
